Customizing Your Dashboard in RISE

  • Updated

The RISE Dashboard is the central location to gain insights into your contacts' activities, your campaigns' effectiveness, who are your most engaged contacts, and which properties have been viewed by your clients.  The evolving AI presence can provide you an analysis of your contacts' activities, highlighting opportunities for new business.

The Dashboard now provides you with additional customization by allowing you to arrange it to your preferred layout and add additional informational widgets.  Here's how to customize your Dashboard.

Customizing Your Dashboard

Adding Additional Widgets

Customizing Your Dashboard

To begin customizing your dashboard, select the Edit Dashboard button above the dashboard cards.  This makes the tiles movable to various positions.

Click, hold, and drag the panel to where you want to place it.

Because the Calendar widget takes 2 rows, you’ll notice that you cannot replace it with a one-row tall widget but rather move the calendar to replace two one-row tall widgets.
Adding Additional Widgets

RISE provides you additional widgets to place within your dashboard. To accommodate all these widgets, the dashboard can now accommodate a third row for widgets.

Here is what these widgets do.

Current Campaigns shows all active and recently completed campaigns, prioritized by recent activity.

Database Health scores your contact database on completeness — broken down by contact type, tags, and property preferences.  Is a contact missing Property Preferences or has no tags assigned to them?  The Database Health widget wil linform you of this.

Top 5 Contacts is a new version of Engaged Contacts and will appear on the dashboard by default.  This widget is updated daily based on meaningful changes in a contact's activity. (ex. the contact opened and interacted with a campaign) If you are new to RISE or there is not enough data to populate the widget, the widget will appear empty.
If you desire, once Top 5 Contacts is added to your dashboard, Engaged Contacts can be re-added from the widget library.

For more information on the Top 5 Contacts panel, please see this article.

Once you have finished rearranging your Dashboard panels, select the Save Changes button.  This will lock your changes in place.
