For new clients who need to create a password or existing clients who need to change a password, we've created a simplified workflow to do so. Please follow the instructions and illustrations below.
Whether you are a new client to RISE or are an existing client who simply cannot remember what your password is, you need a clear path to resetting your password. Here is what the process is in RISE.
Select the Forgot Password link on your sign-in page.
You will be asked to put in the email address associated with your RISE account.
You will be informed that the password reset email has been sent. If you need to re-send that email, select the Resend Email button.
Using the link from that email, you will see a screen to update your password. Update your password and select the Update Password button.
You will be informed that your password has been reset and invited to sign into your RISE account.
