Connecting your associated email to RISE can take place when your company is onboarded to RISE. However, you can connect your associated email to RISE via Settings. Here are the various connection statuses you may see.
Select the Settings button on your sidebar.
On your Settings menu, select Integrations.
If there is no connection between your associated email, you will see that on the email icon and a button to Connect your email.
As you begin the process of connecting your associated email, you will see the progress of uploading your contacts to RISE.
Once the connection and importation processes are completed, the email icon will indicate that your associated email is connected.
