Top 5 is a feature that surfaces the top 5 contacts a real estate agent should reach out to right now. It helps agents focus on the people most likely to respond or take action based on their recent behavior, their home preferences, and what’s currently happening with listings matching those preferences.
Why Does a Contact Appear in the Top 5?
How Does Top 5 Work?
Top 5 pulls from three factors in a RISE database.
- What activity in RISE contact is currently engaged in
- Listings that match a contact's preferences
- Who the contact is and that agent's activity with the contact
Why Does a Contact Appear in the Top 5?
A contact rises in T5 when something meaningful changes in one of the three areas above. For example:
- The contact recently interacted with listings or searched for homes
- A listing event matched the contact's preferences (e.g., new listing, price drop)
- Change in a contact's property preference
- A contact's home anniversary date is approaching
- The contact's profile makes them a strong candidate for outreach
In the RISE Mobile App, the Top 5 appears on your dashboard screen.
T5 FAQs
Is T5 Like the Stay in Flow I Had in Engage?
No. Stay in Flow was based on a time frame that was set by the agent. T5 looks at several different pieces of data to see if a contact should be in the list.
Can an Agent Influence Who Appears in the Top 5?
Keeping the contact record up to date and logging activities can assist RISE in ensuring if a client should be in the T5.
How Often Does the T5 Update?
The T5 updates every day, reviewing the factors shown in the graphic above.
