Creating a Contact in RISE

  • Updated

While RISE will import your contacts from your associated Outlook, GSuite, or Gmail, you can also add a contact in manually.  This gives you greater personalization capabilities to ensure the contact classified properly.

Select Contacts in the Sidebar

Enter the information into the contact record.  Some fields, like Birthday and House Anniversary can be used to trigger campaigns to send greetings to your contact every year.

The Classification field gives you the choice to mark the client with sixteen different classifications, including Buyer, Seller, Investor, Prospect, Active Client, Past Client, Tenant, Landlord, First-Time Buyer, Property Manager, Referral Partner, and more.  Included in that are two special categories:

  • Do Not Market -- will not send your emails or campaigns to the client.  This overrides any other setting you have for client communication.

  • Personal -- will exclude the contact from your campaigns, but you have the option to add them in.

Multiple classifications can be given to contacts.
