Adding and Removing Tags in RISE

In RISE, Tags are groups of contacts that share some similar characteristic.  One Tag can be created for luxury buyers, while another for a certain city, and a third for an agent's golf group.  You can add or remove a Tag to any contact's record.

If you are new to RISE and just setting up your contacts, think about taking some time to list what Tags you would like to have and who will populate those Tags. You then won't wind up with excess Tags and always know which Tags to apply to have the most effective campaign.

Applying a Tag 

To apply a Tag, navigate to the contact's record.  In the Tag section do one of the following:

• If you wish to create a Tag, select the + sign and type in the name of the Tag.  Pressing your Enter key will create the Tag.
• If it is an existing Tag, begin typing in the Tag name.  A list will appear with matches to the Tag.  Select the list item.

Removing a Tag

To remove a Tag, navigate to the contact's record.  In the Tag section, select the X next to the Tag name to remove the Tag from that contact record.

If you remove a Tag from a contact's record, that contact will no longer receive any campaign that contains that Tag.
