The RISE and Cloze CRM Integration

If an agent or brokerage is using the Cloze CRM, you can now integrate it with your RISE CRM.  This allows your contacts, tags, and other fields to appear in your RISE CRM.  Here are the details about the integration.

What Information Will Flow Between RISE and Cloze?

Here is what will come to RISE from your Cloze CRM.

  • Contacts -- RISE will import your Cloze contacts into the Contacts area.  If you delete a contact from Cloze, it will be deleted from your RISE contacts.  If you have enabled certain segments to be excluded in syncing the RISE, those contacts will not be imported.
  • Tags -- Tags will be created from the stage, segment, step, and keywords fields in Cloze.
  • Custom Fields -- only the birthday field will be imported into RISE.  Othe custom fields are not supported at this time.
  • Property Preferences -- only one property preference will import into RISE.  This is pulled from the Buyer Profile area in Cloze.

Here's what syncs back to Cloze from RISE:

  • Unsubscribes -- a notation is made to the Cloze contact to opt out of emails sent by the agent.
  • Resubscribes -- the contact is opted in to emails sent by the agent.
How Do I Connect RISE with Cloze?

In RISE, select the Settings icon.

In Settings, select Integrations.

On the Integrations screen, you will see a panel allowing you to connect your RISE with your Cloze account.  Select Connect and enter your Cloze account information.
