Creating Market Insights from RISE AI Chat

Like to tell a client what is happening in their zip code or keep up to date yourself? RISE AI can now pull summary market data, like median price trends and days on market and present it to you right from the AI chat panel. Here's how to do it.

Within a RISE AI chat window, phrase your question something like this: Create a Market Insights report for the ZIP (or Postal) code (zip or postal code). Select the arrow or press your Enter key to send the request.

Your connected MLS or MLSes will need to be cover the area you ask for a report about.

Median List Price and changes year over year
Median Sold Price and changes year over year
Days on Market and trends
Listed Price vs. Sold Price
Summary insight

RISE can also investigate any clients with that zip or postal code looking to buy or sell in the area or pull up comparable listings for an overview of properties.
