Using the RISE AI to Create a Seller CMA

The RISE AI helps save you time by finding the opportunities in your database for that next seller or buyer. Now it can create a draft of the Seller CMA, saving you even more time. Once created, you have full editing rights to customize the presentation to your needs. Here's how to do it.

Open the RISE AI by selecting the MoxiWorks logo on the top of the sidebar.

In the free text area, type in Create a seller CMA for MLS# and place in the MLS number. Alternatively, you can type in Create a seller CMA for (address of the property).

The property must be part of your MLS or RISE cannot retrieve the details for it

Once the prompt is entered, the RISE AI will search for the property. If it finds the property, it will ask permission to continue.

Responding 'yes' will start the process. When the CMA draft is completed, the following message or similar will appear. You can edit the presentation directly from the AI response.

The RISE AI will take you directly to the Select Comps screen in Presentations. Here you can begin your customization and sending of the draft created for you by the RISE AI.
