AI Features in RISE

One of the many improvements in RISE is the infusion of AI in all parts of the software.  Here is a summary of the AI features you can find in your RISE software.

The RISE AI Assistant

The AI assistant is available by selecting the RISE icon in the top left corner of the screen.  A panel will appear with quick actions and a text box giving you the opportunity to ask questions or give directions to the AI assistant.  

The RISE AI assistant only searches your RISE database, not outside sources.

Dashboard

On your RISE dashboard, you will have AI analysis of your emails, campaigns, and contacts to inform you of who has interacted with your marketing and property listings.  You will also see your Top 5 Contacts and/or your most engaged contacts, depending on which panels you choose for the dashboard.

Presentations  

Once you place the subject property address into RISE, AI analyzes the MLS records of the surrounding properties to search for the properties that most closely match the subject property.  You can choose which properties you wish to use or add in your own.

Campaign Emails

A text box within a campaign email contains a feature called Smart Copy.  This feature can rewrite any text you place into the text box, adjusting for length and tone you wish to convey.  Highlight the text, choose the Smart Copy button, and choose the length and tone.  The AI in Smart Copy will rewrite the text as many times as you desire.

Images

When you upload an image into the RISE Media Library, the built-in AI analyzes the image, suggesting a description and tags for the image.  You can choose to keep or discard these tags, adding your own as well.  These tags make it easier to search the Media Library for an existing image.
