MoxiWebsite Leads into RISE

For clients who use both MoxiWebsites and RISE, an improvement in the lead routing process will allow leads to come from MoxiWebsites directly to the agent.

If your brokerage is using MoxiWebsites and you have an agent website, leads that come from your MoxiWebsites will funnel directly to the agent.

The agent will receive an email and notification within RISE.

               

When that lead comes to the agent, the following happens:

• Website leads show up in RISE automatically.
• Each website lead arrives as a new contact with source details visible.
• The lead is labeled as a New Lead for 24 hours.

For those clients who have both MoxiEngage and RISE, if your contacts have migrated into RISE, your MoxiWebsite leads will funnel to RISE.  How can you tell if your contacts have migrated?  On the bar where you have your other MoxiWorks programs, find the RISE link.  Select that, select the Contacts icon, and see if your contacts have been migrated.
