A property review is an easy way to let your clients know about the value of their house and stay top of mind for repeat and referral business. It's simple to create and can be sent out to your contacts as part of your communication strategy. Here's how to create one.
On your sidebar, select Presentations.
Select the Create Presentation button.
On your Presentations screen, select the Property Review panel.
Select the Use Template button to begin your Property Review.
On the Subject Screen, select the contact or contacts you wish to receive this Property Review. Enter the address you wish to be the subject property and select the Find Property button. You can also enter in the property details manually.
Once your property has been found or entered, select the Next button.
On the Select Comps screen, you will see comparables with similar features as your subject property and within the same geographic area. You can change the filters or enter other addresses to refine the comparables.
Select the comparable properties you wish to display by selecting the picture of the property. When you are finished selecting your comparable properties, select the Next button.
On your Customize page, you can edit the following areas.
Add a page to the presentation from additional pages, images, PDFs or Canva images.
Arrange your pages in a custom presentation order.
Customize the name of each page.
Delete the presentation page by selecting the three vertical dots.
Create a printable PDF of the presentation.
Create a link to the presentation to share it with a client, on social, or elsewhere.
Show the presentation on your computer or mobile device screen.
Edit the page. Based on the page, your options will vary.
