Non-Listing Presentations in RISE

There are times when a presentation isn't about properties.  It could be about you, your expertise, your successes, or your knowledge.  The Non-Listing presentation in RISE helps spotlight your knowledge, expertise, and successes to a client.

Why use a Non-Listing Presentation?  Here are some ideas:

• Information on what a first-time buyer or seller can expect
• The benefits of choosing your brokerage
• The benefits of affiliating with your brokerage
• Top attractions in the area
• Utility companies in the area for people moving to the area

In RISE, select Presentations.

Within the Presentations screen, select the Create Presentation button.

Choose the Non-Listing Presentation type and select the Use Template button.

Two pages will be created -- the Cover Page and the Agent Profile, ready for customization.

Select the Add Page button to add PDFs, images, and Canva creations into your presentation.  For more assistance in uploading PDFs, images, and Canva creations into your presentations, please use the following links.
