RISE not only has fields for the important contact information you need, like name, address, email, and phone, but it also gives you fields to record their property preferences. Once they are established, you can send out a campaign that will use the property preferences to present only qualified, matching listing to your client.

Entering a Contact Property Preference
In the Contacts area of the RISE navigation bar, select any established contact to enter their record. If you need to add a contact record, please select this link.
In the contact record, select the Property Preferences item.
On the Property Preferences screen, choose the New Preference button.
On the New Preference screen, enter in the details of the client's property preference and select the Save button.

Create a custom email on the Email section of RISE. To see how to do this, please select this link.
In the email creation screen, add a Property Panel to the email.
In the property panel, select the Static slider to turn it to Dynamic.
Select the Define Properties button.
The Define Properties screen has many options which you are welcome to explore. To use the information in your property preferences for the contact, select the Contact button on the side.
Check the boxes in the Match contact requirements area to enable filtering properties based on the selected contact requirements. When you are finished, select the Continue button.
Your newsletter will now pull from your contact preferences to only show those properties that meet the criteria in the client's property preferences.
