Sharing a Campaign in RISE

If you have a campaign that you would like to share with your entire organization or just a few users, RISE allows you to do that.

This feature is enabled on for Content Creator or higher permission levels.

Sharing Your Campaign

In your campaign list, select the three dots next to the campaign you wish to share.

Select the Share option in the menu that appears.

You will be asked with whom you wish to share your campaign with.  Your choices include:

• Offices -- if your company has more than one office, you can share it with a particular office.  All the agents and staff in that office will have access to that campaign.
• Teams -- if you have set up teams in RISE, you can share it with one or more teams.  
• Users -- share with individual users within your brokerage.

Select the Offices, Teams, and Users with whom you wish to share your campaign.

Choose if you wish to alert the users that a campaign has been shared with them.

 Select the Save button.
