Creating a Seller CMA in RISE Presentations is both simple and customizable. Using the power of AI, find properties that are a great match to the subject property while retaining control over the properties you wish to use, what you want to display, and what the customer views. Here's how to create a presentation in RISE.
Creating a Presentation
On the RISE toolbar, select Presentations.
Select the +Create Presentation button.
Choose the Seller CMA.
Place in the MLS number, the property address, or create a property description. Select the Find Property button.
Presentations will search for the subject property and provide information.
Select the Next button.
The Select Comps screen uses AI to analyze which properties are the best match for the subject property. It ranks the properties by the best match for the subject property, and which properties are good matches. The screen provides several options.
If you have properties that are not in the list, you can add them.
Filter properties by price, square footage, and other choices.
Choose to draw boundaries on the map to specify the area to be searched.
Select a photo to choose the property to be used in your CMA.
Select the arrow to reveal more information about the property.
Select this toggle to turn on or off RISE picks.
Once you have added and/or selected your comparable properties, select the Next button.
The Adjustments screen gives you the opportunity to adjust the price in case the sold price was not an accurate representation of the property's value by selecting the Adjust link. You can also add notes to the property, which will be visible to the client by selecting the Add Note link.
Once you have added any adjustments or notes, select the Next button.
The Customize screen provides you with multiple customization and sharing options.
Add a page to the presentation from a RISE page, image, PDF, or Canva creation.
Arrange your pages in a custom presentation order.
Customize the name of each page.
Delete the presentation page by selecting the three vertical dots.
Create a printable PDF of the presentation.
Create a link to the presentation to share it with a client, on social, or elsewhere.
Show the presentation on your computer or mobile device screen.
Edit the page. Based on the page, your options will vary.
Customize the name of the presentation.
