Impersonating a user in RISE

Impersonation allows you to switch user profiles in RISE quickly and easily. Here's how to do it.  

Impersonation is only available for administrative roles within RISE. Agents will not be able to impersonate another agent.

On the sidebar, select the icon that contains your picture or your initials.

Select Switch Account from the menu that appears.

On the Impersonate menu, you can type in the person's name you wish to impersonate and select the radio button next to the person.

Once you have selected the person you wish to impersonate, select the Switch Account button.

You are now in their account.  

To switch back to your account, choose yourself from the Impersonation menu.
